RESA Success Story
- Azad Hossain, a small businessman from Chanchal Gram Panchyat in Malda district of West Bengal was running pillar to post for three long years for an Industrial Connection to run his Husking Mill, till he got his grievance redressed with appropriate compensation and his connection effected with help from CUTS’s local partner under RESA project. More
- Kousik Mondal, a domestic consumer of WBSEDCL from Duttafulia Gram Panchayat of Nadia district in West Bengal had a meter with broken seal. Notwithstanding his repeated requests, no action was taken from the utility. Right after attending the Grassroots Interface Meetings under RESA, he approached the group electricity office and got the problem solved. More
- Md. Asraf Hossein from Murshidabad district of West Bengal was present for the first phase of the Grassroots Interface Meetings (GIM) at Baharampur, Murshibad under RESA project and after the GIM he helped his friend register a complaint for high bill and get it redressed. More
CONASC Success Story

- An entire village in Chopra Gram Panchyat of Uttar Dinajpur district in West Bengal was suffering from a blackout for three long months due to a damaged transformer. The problem was redressed in three weeks after the CONASC cell in Chopra started working on it. More
